Azul turned the rematch into a response and booked their place in the Season 7 final, edging Blanco 3-2 only six days after a 9-3 defeat in the same matchup. Pato Gómez scored twice in the opening period, first converting a setup from Victor Galicia and Daniela Cueña and then restoring the lead after Fermin Javier had answered for Blanco. Azul carried a 2-1 advantage into the first intermission and made Blanco chase from there.
Blanco found the equalizer just before the second intermission when Ruben Hernandez finished Antonio Zamora's feed, resetting a tense semifinal at 2-2. Patricio Rincón delivered the decisive moment early in the third, burying Pato's pass for the game-winner. Two late tripping minors—first to Galicia and then to Hernandez—gave each side one final special-teams test, but neither penalty produced another goal.
Nicolas López completed the turnaround with 15 saves on 17 shots, while Iñaki García stopped 21 of 24 at the other end. Azul generated 24 shots to Blanco's 17 and combined Pato's three-point performance with Rincón's winner to erase last week's result when the stakes were highest. The victory sends Azul into the final against top-seeded Verde. Blanco now move to the bronze game against Negro, where one last response remains available.
