Story
Francisco “Paco” Trejo opened Verde's Season 8 scoring and stretched his career-best goal streak to three regular-season games. That finish in the 6–2 win over Blanco brought the forward to 17 career points (7 goals, 10 assists) in 28 games. After his eight-point Season 7 helped Blanco take bronze, his first campaign in green has begun with another timely goal and a fresh opportunity alongside the defending champions.
